ONLINE ADMISSION FOR SESSION: 2024-25

The Admission Form is available at the school reception from 07:30 am to 3.00 p.m. & on the school website round the clock. The same can be downloaded from the school website (www.stxavierskorba.com).
The child should be minimum of 3 years for admission in play group and minimum of 4 years for admission to Pre-Primary and minimum of 6 years for admission in class I (according to CBSE norms).
The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the Admission Form.
Duly attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission only.
The Admission Form and required date of birth certificate submitted at the school office. Kindly avoid any kind of cutting, fluid markings and over-writing in the form.
An optional transport facility is available to the students.
Normal School Timing:
Pre Primary – 8: 30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
Classes I to XII – 7:25 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Admissions to classes Pre-school onwards will be made as per the availability of seats.

Before granting admission to the concern student, Entrance Test will be given to the student then only admission will be granted.

SELF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS REQUIRE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

(i) Residential Proof-:- Passport/Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Card/UID Card and Electricity Bill of the parents or child. Domicile c Certificate of child or of his /her parents.
(ii) MCD Birth Certificate with the name of the child.
(iii) Appropriate documentation in case of Single Parent (presently running divorce case in the court will not be considered, either widow or divorced or single father would be considered). Appropriate documentation in case of change in name of mother/ father after marriage; divorce, adoption etc.
(iv) ID proof of both Father and Mother along with passport size photo (v) 3 Passport size photo of the student.
(vi) Report Card for admission in class I onwards.
(vii) Transfer Certificate for admission in class I onwards.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION, AFTER SELECTION OF THE STUDENTS

(i) Parent need to fill the Admission Form along with Transport & Medical Form, which is  available at the school reception and can be downloaded from the school website (www.stxavierskorba.com).
(ii) Two copies of passport size photograph of the child and one photograph each of parents (father, mother & guardian) to be enclosed in a duly labeled small envelope.

(iii) Residential proof is required.
